Walter
I was quite impressed with this film, from a technical and aesthetic viewpoint. You managed to create an engrossing narrative arc regarding the main character and his fatal flaw/s. There was a point where the edit could have been shortened, but in saying that, this could have only been achieved either through increasing the speed of the footage, or in blocking the scene during the filming process. The detective's acting was resolute, and the voiceover narration was very noir-esque. Definitely upload this to your respective showreels in due time.
The Forest Chorus
I loved this animation. It was dark and twisted, just as it was intended to be i'm sure! There was also a hint of a bit of horror-parody/comedy, and the audience appreciated this. Nice animation, it suited the story well.
Full-Time Hero
Very nice camera and lighting effects in this short. I ascertained that you were paying homage to 80s superhero serial tv shows (great music!). There wasn't so much of a 'plot' unfortunately, but I appreciated the attack scene at the end - effective with just the audio and POV traveling shot. Good stuff!
Leaving so soon
Some uber comedic elements in this film, very inspired. Good use of lighting, sound FX and character makeup to amplify the fantastical genre. The best bit: the head emerging from underneath the sofa. Brilliant. However, I thought the ending was a little obvious, and did not typify the genre you were working with. Cool work guys!
Marked for Death
Very stylistically expressive film here. The motion graphics were impressive, given the timeframe that you had to work on them (and a one-man effort with those I believe?). Excellent use of special FX makeup and camera trickery. It is obvious that a lot of research has been made as to genre conventions etc. Some of the acting was B-grade fantastic! I would actually like to see this film again, in order to fully appreciate it.

The Collectors
Good work here guys! It could have been more effective with a serious tone rather than a comedic one (especially with dialogue), however there was some nice references to crime genre tropes. Interesting use of the leaf/leaves as a prop.
Fresh Start
Reminiscent of Brechtian filmmaking, in terms of composition and mood. I liked the part where the slo-mo kicks in synched to the 'inspiring' voiceover narration. Could have made the narrative itself a little more meaty, but good work nonetheless!
