Fad Bust
Really well acted by the lead Fad buster. This mockumentary cum reality show was a clever idea. I was actually hoping to see a real Fad movie like Breakin' 2 Electric Boogaloo, or something, so to see another film trying desparately (but quite effectively) to follow the formulaic 48 hours "Tim Porch Story" mockumentary style was disappointing to me. Nice work though!

Last Chapter First
Hard to do a serious film in 48 hours. It's hard enough to achieve any character you care about in a 7 minute film regardless even with unlimited time on your side, so trying this in such a short space of time often comes off as too earnest and lacks depth. That being said, you did achieve a cool mood and there was some good story in there, but the dialogue wandered a bit too much for me. But great work guys!

Probably the best road movie I've seen in a 48hours film. Very witty bits and well acted with likable characters. The merry-go-round scene itself deserves an award ;) too bad you were DQ'ed don't know if you spent 2 more secs or 2 more hours editing it, but I enjoyed it among some of the other stories.

The Vocation
Shot quite nicely, and good editing and audio, this is a well-acted hitman soliloquy. I do wish that it went somewhere else at the end though, but I enjoyed it despite a few minor clumsy lines in there that didn't seem natural. And thank you for not killing the little dog, I was half expecting that and it would have been for shock value only. Great work for 48 hours guys!

Everyone loved it and I too, had a hard time not finding it charming. Was worried that it was going too mockumentary, but I really enjoyed a few bits of it. Acting was mostly so good that it was invisible and of course the flashback scene was good. Costume party scene didn't work so well for me but the bar scene was executed perfectly. Nice work guys!
