Amazing film, for all the wrong but potentially all the right reasons. Curious to why no scenes appeared to be filmed on location, but instead every frame green screened. Made for some hilarious visuals. Sadly I assume it was not in on time, and I also found the comment snickered behind us during our film "psh, we could have made that intro", so be a little unsportsman like. Nonetheless I was left in awe thinking about the whole production element and enjoyed the film thoroughly. Looked like you had an intensely fun weekend.

One of the primary aims of V48 is to have fun, and it's certainly clear that these guys achieved that, which is great. However I think that in terms of viewer appeal this film would have a fairly narrow market segment, which definitively did not include me :( The green-screening was … innovative. The backdrops were certainly not inappropriate, but I couldn't understand why they had to change every 0.5 seconds. The vocals were poorly dubbed and inaudible at the start, although that seemed to improve later in the film. By that point, however, I had already written "Bored!" on my review sheet, and given up all hope. Most problematic of all was the totally derivative storyline. Someone's already made "The Devil Went Down To Georgia", guys. Next time, see if you can have even more fun with your own storyline: you've clearly got the enthusiasm for it, and you might end up entertaining us too!

At the reading of a will of a recently departed, a young Bobby Young is left a guitar! However, it's all a ruse on the part of the lawyer who is actually the Devil in disguise, the guitar is his and he wants it back! What's more it's a time-travelling guitar. Cue musical madness. A lot of greenscreen work with odd backgrounds and technically there were some obvious issues -sound, syncing and general dialogue being drowned out in particular. The music didn't really drive the story - it was just there. Some nice moments though, - "He's got back up from the monks" during the epic final guitar battle for one. Looked like someone sure liked using the lightning effect too. Respect for not giving up on the genre and I liked your toilet intro.
