Score guys! Awesome film, that while maybe not meeting the traditional genre requirements was very original and clever. The film was a very amusing one, and I fell it might have perhaps been more so with a more extensive script which I felt was lacking. Some of your scenes likewise could have been a little better lit, as some of the scenes were a little bland sometimes. However, a very jocose story and idea that came off well!

There seemed to be some audio issues in places, but this was still a pretty solid film. Alex seems to have an endless supply of weird voices. Make sure you use him again next year! xD Marlina and Perry worked well together. It's hard to believe that they were improvising! In fact, all of the characters were well portrayed. I think Peita and Katie were a little hard to hear at times, but that was an audio thing, I suppose. All in all, I think this is a pretty good short film. Best of luck to you guys. ^^

Definitely off-genre road flick. and still, this very young group pulled it off. Front man/straight comic Ryan (Sir Gerald whatever!) played a great part. His self-aware, straight to the camera and engaging style won the audiences hearts and laughs immediately. One to watch. The audio was good, mostly, which is to say it didn't drop out all the time, lighting was patchy, and that is a real shame as there was much interest in the framing choices made. The improv between 'Philip and Mike?' was obvious and funny. But I could hear crickets when the presenter interviewed the road. I mean, wtf? The scene interviewing the road professor was clever, concise and possibly the best of the film. Well written and bloody funny too. With only a few things to tidy up, the group with the odd name, have a big future ahead of them. More please.

This was a very funny, well scripted film. It had me laughing heaps and made a very enjoyable viewing. However, there were some problems with sound, which made some scenes hard to hear. Similarily there were some scenes that weren't well light. When watching films I watch out more for the story than the cinematography etc. and this film definately had a good, funny story.

I really loved this film you guys made, made me laugh! Best bit was the improvisation "where do roads come from, where do they go to. They all go to somewhere" something line. And the narrator constantly putting his knee up. Good work, keep it up. Review ours - Shelfman :)

I am a little bit in love with this movie. Shockingly witty, nicely paced, and impeccably acted. You guys rock my socks off. While this kind of genre subversion is obvious and somewhat played out (I've done it before, and I'm not proud of the results), this film really pulled it off. There were a few technical issues throughout, and it was shot fairly blandly, but it didn't detract too much. Wonderful comedic timing shown by many throughout the film (particularly the main guy, and the obviously brilliant road-makers), and a nice variety of characters and gags meant that this film was a delight to watch. You guys are... win.

My favourite for the night. No way was this a road movie but it was hilarous and technically sound as well. I was a little put off by the heavily made-up young guy playing old guy, but that section was very funny and worked well within the context of the movie. A brilliant bit of scripting that would have better with some more technical polish and perhaps more attention to costuming of the compere. However, I enjoyed the compere role along with the other acting. Toothbrushing the road! OMG! I look forward to your next film - keep at it.

This was a clever way to do the road movie genre - especially for a young team. The film was well structured and the editing was good. It is difficult for teens to convincingly act older parts, but I thought the two girls who played the road workers were very good (and funny) and the front guy managed his role well. There were some technical issues but now I know how much work there is in making a film in 48 hours, I can easily forgive these and applaud these guys for what they acheived.
