A nice take on the woman wronged, with flashbacks to bookend the film. Some great dialogue (especially one line from Bobby) mixed with some that didn't have the zip. Good use of the elements, and was certainly one of the best in the heat. Overall, the story just didn't grab me for a higher star rating.

One of my favorite 3 films of the heat, interesting and very well done crime story with a superb ending! Good acting and good image quality

Great premise! Beautiful cinematography especially the opening and closing shots with the little girl. Great use too of the bent wire prop. Very professionally produced film.

Great effort just to get round the locations in time - but to get some beautiful footage and decent performances into the bargain deserves real credit. One small criticism would be the lack of originality in the script. A very cinematic 48hr film.

Definitely in my top 3 for the heat. Really beautiful and pro cinematography and quality, and great performances from the 2 females (the older and the younger).

For me this was in the top 2, totally loved the twists & turns, good acting all round from gritty to comedy, loved the flashbacks. Looked pro. Its hard to remember it all as it was first up but remember being really impressed

almost equal best lol seriously good got big ups from my peeps Everything
started with real flair. Interesting shots. Acting let it down a wee bit. Hard to follow for a while, and could have done with a clue from the kid scene to the next which then defined the next few relationships on the basis of that scarring. Perhaps others 'got it' quicker than me tough. Nice all round.

Love it! About time a quality film makes the 48hour! Interesting story-line and superb acting. I hope it wins.

*Viewed in the Screening Room A woman remembers, via flashback, how as little girl she was wronged by a little boy. Back to the present and it seems that she has lived her life from one bad relationship to the next and she always seems to find herself taken advantage of...or is she? This film had me so intrigued I watched it a few times over. Great technically - loved the isolation of the the caravan followed by a fairly intense long take. The acting from the lead was particularly convincing in a portrayal of a rather troubled woman. Some nice subtle touches in her character. I did wonder how she managed so easily to"transport" some rather large men, who were rather cooperative in all of this, but it all adds to the intrigue I suppose. Nice to see cameos from a couple of the winning V48Second team in this - made me laugh as soon as I heard that kid yelling! One of the favourites I've seen this year - like I said, intriguing...

This awesome little film! Above par in every aspect but more than that it is cleverly written, wonderfully acted and beautifully shot. Very impressive guys!
