It was a nice film but the ending really let this one down unfortunately. I noticed that the gags weren't getting the laughs that they should have gotten I wonder if they could have been executed better because they were quite nice gags. All in all the film was very entertaining just needs a re-cut and a new ending.

A sweet film. They had some problems with their software, which effected the quality of the early scenes and some more dialogue would have filled out the story line more. However some nice comic scenes.

Here's a good idea which could have been done a bit better. Major sound issues and the acting wasn't the best but a solid effort. Nice first attempt (assuming).
Had a good concept, but couldn't quite pull it off. Probably due to the fact that their editing was poor and the sound was kind of messed up.

this was a hard genre and I think the team made a great effort but just couldnt pull it off, the only reason this isn't half a star is that the ending had a bit of thought in it
omh
Came across as being a pretty cliche storyline, seemed like it had been done before. Hard genre though, so props for at least trying to make a semi-romantic story. The shot at the end was confusing, could hardly see the key (at least I think that was what was in the box) so i'm not sure if that's what it was supposed to be. Sadly, it didn't pull it off.

Not trying to defend our film, just clearing up some things. Yes! we did have sound trouble, due to rendering error messages (a CS 5.5 Bug), and premier crashing and not saving our work, and we were gutted that one of the songs and some sound effects were missing due to this. The reason we had minimal dialogue and gags, was because we had a really crazy idea of putting subtitles to say what they were thinking throughout the film. This was why the acting was face value, as the rest of the story was going to be told through the subtitles. But seeing as this is 48 hours, we were running out of time and had to scrap this... and yes it was a key in the box! (lighting issues). We had never done this story before, we stayed up all night writing and scripting it! And we were gutted that we got romantic comedy because we did a similar story last year (we got musical) and we wanted an 'out-there' kinda one, like 'horror'. It's our second time doing the V48 hour competition and we have certainly learned a lot from it and will be entering again next year! We are all first year Uni Students who were in a school team last year; you can watch that film here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLvxlLvRbfE and thanks for all the feedback!
