This film was sweet and adorable, and just generally awesome! Blake and Zoe are amazing actors, and the supporting cast backed them up well. The way Zoe/Dawn was stalling when she asked Blake/charactedwhosenameIforgot to the formal was really convincing. It was cute. I liked it. From what I recall, audio and lighting was pretty solid, but I wasn't taking notes. The soundtrack was great, though! Although...I couldn't properly hear the lyrics to the song in the credits, because everyone was clapping. How dare they appreciate your efforts! xP And that rap...wow. Guys, I think we may be on to New Zealand's next big thing. xD It was terrible. But, in a good way. Like corny old shows from the sixties. Keep making films! =D

Well done guys, you've embraced the genre and produced a charming little film. You guys stuck to the formula and got plenty of laughs. The awkward moments played out really well. Solid camera, sound and editing are something you can be proud of. Your actors did a great job and I believed them. A mature effort from a young team.

All around, an actual humorous film, something that a romcom should be. It did a great job of, possibly unintentionally, capturing great moments of awkwardness. Some scenes felt a little too long, and some moments in the plot felt like there was something missed out, and overall pacing was a bit off at points. On the technical side, it did have that look of an amateur film (colors looking wrong, some shots not fitting etc.) but this is too be expected from V48. On the positive side of things, I did find your movie quite funny at points, the whole bad advice thing really worked well, and the rap was, well, almost pure brilliance. Almost. A small gripe: the sound at the amazing slow motion scene almost made my ears bleed, it was just so out of place. Other than that, great job!
