The murder at the end is a bit of an easy solution. I thought the apologise at the start was quite funny (and I didn't notice any horrible sound problems).
A twisted but hilarious short! Absolutely loved the 'awkwardness' of the lead. The 'virginity' conversation was great and had me laughing! I was impressed by the use of the prop (leaf) in the ending too :) Adam - Colonial Tech
This team apologised for their audio before the film played due to having to use a backup mic, and to be honest guys whilst the levels were a bit loud at times, it was nowhere near the worst I've come across in 48 Hours. Probably better than half the films this year anyway. A blind or internet date goes fairly horribly wrong for our Nicky Brick when he is knocked out and handcuffed to the bed with a satanic sign painted on his chest by his potential date for her coven (and garden). What follows is a good level of interplay between the two, as well as another particularly energetic supporting actor. The virgin jokes were clever (not sure why they didn't get more laughs) and the both leads were really good. The woman who played 'Storm' was quite a stunner.

A Problem With Tomatoes was an easy to predict film, but still, a fun ride! The banter between the two leads was great, and I especially loved the closing song!

The story was a little lacking for me but the chemistry between the two leads was almost palpable which I was really impressed with!
Good interaction with the audience but I didn't find much to whine about the sound still ;) .. and I think I saw couple of angry rats trying to find your brownies that were not there.. so sad.. but yeah.. lemon tree.. tomatoes.. satanic ritual.. err.. got a bit confused and the jokes didn't really do for me.. more story could have done you favor and less dialogue..
