This tickled my funny bone. Tickled it HARD. So glad I saw it at the screening at Reading, the true definition of an EPIC!!!!

Short, goofy, efficient! Everybody cracked up :)
I really liked this film which was a good 2 minutes max in length made up of less than a handful of shots but covered everything it needed to. A couple of Wizards/warriors, I wasn't sure which they were and it didn't really matter, the point was they had impressive beards and costumes, discuss the war which they are currently engaged in. However due to the battle finishing soon one is sent on his way to deliver news to the castle. The timing was perfect, overdubs solid and moving the framing from super wide scope to 16:9 was an inspired touch.
Clever and simple concept to a not so easy genre to pull off well. This was definately the funniest film for me in this heat. It felt a bit like something Moffilade would do. Well done.

BRILLIANT Definitely thought of the moffilade boys, but, oh so good.
I really liked that this was trimmed down; that you seemed to step back and judge that it's not about using up your seven minutes, but something of interest, be it very short or otherwise. Fun stuff.

I got a few chuckles from this but found it hard to believe that this group took it as seriously as the others.
sure.. "How long is this going to take" mocky fantasy adventure.. boooring and ridiculous to the point that it wasn't fun.. the joke really didn't do me..

Absolutely fantastic! An epic fantasy adventure to suit the ages. Good work, I nearly wet myself with laughter!
Forgot to review this one from when I saw it at the heat. What a great spoof! The black bars were a really nice touch and the constant clashing of the swords in the background was hilarious! I gotta say that I couldn't make out what half the dialogue was when I saw it the second time in the City Finals... Not sure what it was because I could hear the dialogue perfectly in the heats :( Either way I still enjoyed it!
