Beautifully shot and well executed short by this talented team of two! Spooce has produced a deeply engaging, tightly scripted story with an excellent tension fuelled twist at the end. Loved the unique take on an obsessive relationship story. Great to have the rug pulled out from under our feet. Very memorable film.

A well paced film, with some tasty shots. The choice to go B&W was great direction, and the classic '48hours twist' was a worthy one. Not overacted, and a great turn around for a two-person team. The audio is probably the weakest link of this film, and even then it is stronger than many others. All in all, "The Appointment" is a visually appealing film.

Vic visits his doctor who probes him about his physical and mental health. Vic mentions that he now has a girlfriend, but we soon see the reality - he's infatuated with a woman and is stalking her. Eventually things take a bit of a turn. As you would expect from this team the presentation is very slick and the black and white filming and or colour grade really looks good. I loved two things in particular - the in-car driving shots and the end scene. Convincing, genuine acting, that was really engaging. Being picky, one telephone conversation became a little hard to understand and the comical nature of the doctor's voice diminshed a little of the tension that had been created. Excellent music choice too, that really exploited the eerie tone. A finalist for sure and one of the top three I've seen this year.

An engaging story that subtly hints at the twist in the tale, has nice incorporation of the compulsory elements and cleverly shot. This is another impressive entry from Spooce Media.

I really enjoyed this film. The lead male actor was really good. The story was engaging and I really liked the camera shots above the male actor's head. Cool to see a black and white film. Well done.

Great zoom opening. Great vocal work as the doctor. Digital zoom got to be a bit much. Nice work nailing the focus when pulling up in the car. Loved all of the images in the car. Super sharp. Loved the gentle spin in the doctor's office. Great work running down the street. Superb and engaging short.
