This was my favourite film of the heat, a future 48hours classic in my opinion. Cinematography, editing (the hill/temple sunset shot -WOW :D ), acting, and plot all came together to make a genuinely good short film. It was great how you embraced so many cliche ninja techniques, made the film great fun to watch. Action scenes were hilarious and very well shot. The after effects were spectacular, the energy ball battle was fantastic. It looks as if you guys had so much fun filming this, and that good energy is really infused in the film. Hats off to you, gentlemen, I hope you go far in the competition.
Hyper-kinetic warriors must deal with the repercussions of a new companion making their 2 a 3, who grows very attached after their life is saved in the woods. I did not want to peel my eyes away from the screen for a second as the film moved with the pace of a bullet train. Like a comic book come to life, we were greeted with bold colours and daring camera work. I was reminded of many films; Shogun Assassin, Princess Bride and the 36th Chamber of Shaolin immediately coming to mind but this was an original beast all of its own with that incomparable Moffilaide touch. With some fantastic special effects the quest to return to the warrior's sensei many miles away may just be the best film these boys have made. Fantastic.
Thought this movie was great!!!!!!! team Moffilaide always produces something funny and spectacular, theres not much to say that hasn't already been said. The acting was great, cinematography was great, editing was great. And the special effects get better with each film. I don't think I've ever seen such a believable sfx shot like the one up to the sensei's temple in a 48 hour film!!! it was superb!! We'll done team! I hope you take out the national prize!!!!!!!!
