Depart'ners

Buddy cops drive from HQ via Oriental Bay to Shelley Bay for a stakeout, with plenty of chitchat about holidays, donuts and healthy food. They're on the watch for a perp with a dog but the day just kind of dwindles by until something is spotted that fits the description. I think the plot was a little bit threadbare here but my main issue was when I think buddy I generally think friends and often a higher level of energy than sitting down and talking. But that's just me. Arguably I think this fit the secret identity genre much better than it did buddy film!
