Houses & Humans

Ok, fess up time, I was a massive Dungeons and Dragons nerd when I was younger, so I liked the subversion of taking Gary Gygax's mega popular RPG and mixing it with THE SIMS, although it took me a little bit of time to realise what was going on.
Quite a fun romp with plenty of laughs at the Roxy screening I attended as the player characters were put through their paces to role play real life, doing such meandering tasks in hilarious fashion as cleaning the house, burning toast with tomato sauce and exploding potatoes that were meant to be chopped.
A subplot of immortals being those playing at the table went a little bit over my head to be honest with a confusing conclusion, but overall the subversion was enjoyable.
The main point I would raise would be to try and find a more exciting location next time. Houses/apartments are fairly done to death in this competition and whilst I appreciate you were flipping the script to stand out, that's my personal stance generally.
Story: 2.5/5
Technical: 2.5/5
Elements: 3/5
Overall: 2.5/5
